What with New Zealand getting through to next year’s FIFA World Cup, director Peter Jackson’s contribution to the movie industry, also director Armagan Ballantyne’s debut feature film ‘The Strength of Water’, retaining rugby’s Bledisloe Cup and Ladyhawke being crowned the breakthrough artist of 2009 at the Australian Music Awards. Plenty for Kiwis to be proud of!
